Doctrina teachers come from all backgrounds; giving the Doctrina the flexibility to teach any type of learner. Doctrina tutors are certified teachers or degreed professionals with a passion for teaching. A vast majority of our tutors teach or have taught in public or private schools. This versatility allows Doctrina teachers to engage in one-on-one teaching as well as group instruction. All of the teachers must be “live scanned,” have background checks and TB cleared before they are allowed to work with Doctrina or check-in with any school we are assigned. All records are stored in individual files and copies will be provided to school districts. In addition, Doctrina Tutoring is able to provide a detailed list of teachers to the schools and districts by fax or mail.

To ensure the model learning environment, teachers will have the support of Doctrina to guarantee they teach according to the State Curriculum Standards.
